From a Dusty Garage to Europe's Trusted Vinyl Shop

It started in 2009 with a simple frustration: why was it so hard to find quality vinyl care products? Our founder, Thomas Richter, spent years collecting records only to watch cheap brushes scratch his prized LPs and flimsy sleeves allow static to ruin listening sessions.

So he did what any obsessive audiophile would do — he started sourcing and testing every accessory he could find, from Japanese carbon fiber brushes to Italian leather slipmats. Word spread through local record fairs, and what began as a passion project became VinylCare Pro.

How often should I clean my vinyl records?
We recommend a quick dry brush before every play session. For a deeper clean, use a wet cleaning solution once every 10-15 plays, or whenever you notice increased surface noise. Records stored in anti-static sleeves typically need less frequent deep cleaning.
What's the difference between carbon fiber and velvet brushes?
Carbon fiber brushes are ideal for daily maintenance — their ultra-fine fibers reach deep into grooves to remove dust and discharge static. Velvet brushes are softer and better suited for initial surface dust removal. For best results, many audiophiles use both: velvet first, then carbon fiber.
Are anti-static inner sleeves really worth it?
Absolutely. Standard paper sleeves can scratch your records and generate static. Our HDPE-lined anti-static sleeves reduce static charge by up to 90% and provide a smooth, scratch-free surface. It's one of the most cost-effective upgrades you can make for your collection.
Which slipmat material sounds best?
It depends on your priority. Cork mats reduce static and vibration, providing a cleaner sound. Leather mats add warmth and richness to the audio. Felt mats are great for DJing due to low friction. Rubber mats offer maximum vibration dampening. We recommend cork or leather for home listening.
How should I store my vinyl records?
Always store records vertically — never stacked flat, as this causes warping. Keep them away from direct sunlight and heat sources. Use outer sleeves to protect album artwork and anti-static inner sleeves to protect the vinyl itself. Ideal temperature is 18-22°C with 40-50% humidity.
Do you ship outside of Europe?

What's your return policy?
We offer a 30-day hassle-free return policy on all products. Items must be in original condition and packaging. Simply contact our team, and we'll send you a prepaid return label. Refunds are processed within 5 business days of receiving the returned item.

How do I know when to replace my stylus?
